Begin your getaway in Brisbane by checking into The Crystalbrook Vincent, a bold and brilliant hotel dishing up plenty of views, vibes and vibrant designs. Make the most of your night by heading to the rooftop pool and bar or exploring the bustling Howard Smith Wharves precinct below.
You’ll depart for your tour the next morning with a local friendly guide, heading towards the beautiful wineries in Tamborine Mountain, the highest town in the Scenic Rim. After stopping to capture the views, treat yourself to award-winning cheese and wine at Witches Falls Winery before a lush long lunch on the lawns at Mason Wines. After lunch, cruise towards Byron Bay and check in to the five-star Crystalbrook Byron Resort, offering sustainable luxury within the pristine rainforest. Pay homage to the traditional owners and customs on an Indigenous cultural tour before taking a seat for dinner at the resort’s acclaimed in-house restaurant, Forest Byron Bay.
On the second day of your tour, tap into your adventurous side by taking on an optional activity like surfing, kayaking or maybe even a pre-dawn hot air balloon ride. Complimentary bicycles are also available so you can cruise to the beach or discover Byron’s cafe scene. For lunch, you’ll head to The Farm, an iconic Byron venue home to a slew of hip micro-businesses, including the farm-to-table restaurant, Three Blue Ducks, serving fresh produce plucked just metres from your table. After lunch, sip craft brews at the famous Stone & Wood brewery followed by a visit to Cape Byron Distillery. The rest of the day is at your leisure so kick back and enjoy the resort or head out to explore Byron’s trendy restaurants and bars.
On your final day, you might like to sleep in or opt for a morning yoga session before making your way through the Tweed Hinterlands. Here, you’ll stop by the Tropical Fruit Farm for a quick coffee and tropical fruit tasting before heading to Husk Distillers where you’ll learn about the production of their world-famous Ink Gin on a distillery tour. Settle in for your own tasting accompanied by an alfresco lunch and striking Mount Wollumbin views before heading back to your drop off location in the afternoon.
