1. What is girls getaways?

Girls Getaways organises memorable holidays for groups of girls. By creating packages that promise beautiful locations, indulgent activities and lots of girl time, we help you to experience great holidays, without any of the stresses of organising. Escape Indulge Relax. 

2. Who is girls getaways for?

Girls Getaways is for girls of any age. We organise weekends away for 21st's, 60th's and everything in between. If you are planning a trip for a special occasion, we also offer indulgent Hens and Birthday packages, however if you're just looking for a girly catch-up, we have lots of lovely packages suited to you.  

3. How do I go about booking?

Once you've decided which package you're interested in, select the "Booking Request" button and complete the following form. We'll send you an Information Sheet about the package you've picked and answer any questions you may have specified on the selection form. Once the perfect package has been formed, we'll then send you a Booking Confirmation which will provide all the details of your package, along with payment instructions.


As soon as possible! Once you've agreed upon a date it's best to book straight away to avoid disappointment.We recommend booking as early as possible so that you have first preference for accommodation type, bedding configuration, pamper times and so on.  A general rule of thumb is 4-5 months in advance. However, if you and your girlfriends are the spontaneous type we also offer Last Minute deals. 5. are numbers flexible?

Numbers are somewhat flexible. Depending on the destination you've picked and the accommodation included we can usually accommodate different numbers of girls.  

6. Can I make changes to A package?

Inclusions can be changed according to your different preferences. For example, if you would like to prolong your pamper, add on a meal or include an extra activity, we are happy to oblige. Please specify this in the 'Special notes/comments' section of the selection form or send us an email at


Yes. We understand that every group of girls have different requirements and preferences. For that reason, we offer various accommodation types that offer shared and private rooms to cater to every girls needs. Please specify any bedding configuration requests in the 'Special notes/comments' section of the booking request form. 

8. How do I pay?

We make payment easy by allowing all girls to pay directly to us. This reduces the hassle of organising for the leading lady. Girls can pay directly using a safe PayPal link found on their booking confirmation or by direct deposit. Girls are required to pay a $100 pp deposit due one week after booking. The final outstanding amount is then due 10 days prior to travel. All girls have the option to pay the total amount upfront if they prefer. Some packages have variations to these payment options. 

9. What is our cancellation policy?

Our standard cancellation policy is as follows:

  • A booking cancelled more than 4 weeks prior to departure - $100 per person (non refundable deposit).

  • A booking cancelled less than 4 weeks but more than 72 hours prior to departure –50% of the total cost of the travel products or package.

  • A booking cancelled less than 72 hours before departure – 100% of the total cost of the travel products or package.

Special cancellation conditions may also apply to particular tours and packages and these will be explained when booking these particular tours or packages.

10. Do we offer flights?

Yes, we've teamed up with Flight Centre so that we can offer our girls affordable flights that can be added on to any of our packages. Just mention in your booking request that you wish for flights to be added. 

11. Do we offer travel insurance?

12. What happens before I leave on a Girls Getaway?

Once you've made a booking all you need to do is relax and let us organise everything. Once we've received full payment from all the girls we will send you all necessary vouchers a week prior to travel. For example, you will receive your accommodation voucher that must be presented upon check in.

All you need to do is send us an email at with the amount you wish to load on to your gift voucher a long with the recipients name and email address. We can send the voucher straight to the recipient as a nice surprise or forward through to you.
