The Dance workshop is held at the spa and is from 5-7pm on Saturday night, the dance is a mix of Belly Dance, Salsa and Booty Dancing. The instructor is a vibrant energetic dancer with the ability to make it fun as well.

The Epic Surf Adventure is a 45min thrill ride that leaves Manly Wharf and goes out through the heads. You enjoy lots of twists turns and “get some air” on the swell. Its loads of fun and the commentary tells you some inside tales of the Manly coastline.

Complete the experience with a unique and scrumptious dinner at Out of Africa in Manly.  This restaurant has a fantastic atmosphere and the staff are very friendly and service is great. Or you can choose to dine at Phoenix Garden as an Asian option.
